Service Charges Policy

• A visiting / inspection charge of ₹250 is applicable for technician visits

• If repair service is carried out, a service charge of ₹250 will be applicable

• Spare parts cost, if required, will be charged additionally

• All charges are clearly explained and confirmed before starting the repair

Warranty Policy

Service Warranty

• Service warranty applies only to workmanship

• Warranty duration may vary depending on the nature of service provided

• Warranty is valid only for the specific issue repaired

Spare Parts Warranty

• Spare parts warranty ranges from 6 months to 1 year

• Warranty period depends on the type and brand of spare parts used

• Warranty is applicable only if spare parts are used under normal conditions

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Physical or accidental damage

• Power fluctuations, voltage issues, or electrical surges

• Water damage, fire, or external environmental factors

• Mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair by third parties

• Normal wear and tear

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in specific cases where service could not be completed

• Visiting / inspection charges are non-refundable once a technician visit is completed

• Any eligible refund request must be raised within 24 hours of service completion

• Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment

Cancellation Policy

• Service requests can be cancelled before the technician visit

• Cancellations made after technician arrival may incur visiting charges

• Same-day cancellations should be informed as early as possible
