Scope of Services

• SV Service provides repair and maintenance services only for home appliances

• We do not sell appliances and do not operate as an authorized service center for any brand

• All services are carried out based on customer requests and appliance condition

Service Booking & Charges

• A visiting / inspection charge of ₹250 is applicable

• If repair service is carried out, a service charge of ₹250 applies

• Cost of spare parts, if required, will be charged additionally

• All charges are informed and approved by the customer before service begins

SV Service follows transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

Warranty Terms

• Service warranty applies only to workmanship and only for the specific issue repaired

• Spare parts warranty ranges from 6 months to 1 year, depending on the spare parts used

• Warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, power fluctuations, water damage, physical damage, or third-party repairs

Cancellation & Refunds

• Service requests can be cancelled before technician visit

• Visiting charges are non-refundable once the technician visit is completed

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per our Refund & Warranty Policy

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and address details

• Ensuring safe access to the appliance during service

• Using appliances as per manufacturer guidelines after service

Limitation of Liability

SV Service shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Pre-existing faults not related to the service provided

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service provided.
